Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl
I came across the idea of using sweet potato over banana for a smoothie through a couple of ladies on Instagram who also have hormone issues. What I tend to do is steam/boil 3 sweet potatoes at a time in quarters and keep the skins on. Then keep them in the fridge and use half a sweet potato per morning for two people. EASY!
